This page summarizes how BiDigest uses its internal EU AI Act Compliance Checklist to align our governance audit and Identity Fidelity reports with high‑level obligations for high‑risk AI and governance tooling.
We classify how our services fit into the AI value chain (e.g. tooling that helps deployers monitor AI behavior and compliance) and monitor which clients' use cases may fall under Annex III high-risk categories.
Our internal checklist mirrors key provider and deployer obligations, including risk management, data governance, technical documentation, logging, human oversight, and post‑market monitoring. Where BiDigest is not the provider of an AI system, we focus on making those obligations observable via our reports and dashboards.
Our checklist explicitly asks whether logs can feed into BiDigest's Identity Fidelity and Governance views. This is how we connect compliance controls to concrete, ongoing monitoring rather than static documentation.
We track regulatory updates and guidance (EU AI Office, national authorities) and adjust our internal checklist and governance audit methodology as requirements and best practices evolve.
